Start by reaching out to check if your wedding date is available. You can contact us through our website, phone, or email. We’ll confirm availability and answer any initial questions you may have about our services.
Step 2 – Consult
Next, we’ll schedule a consultation to learn more about your vision for the big day. We’ll talk about your venue, music preferences, timeline ideas, and the overall atmosphere you want to create for your wedding celebration.
Step 3 – Plan
Once you book with Endless Dreams Entertainment, we’ll provide you with our 10-page Wedding Reception Planner to help organize the important details of your celebration.
You’ll return the completed planner about two weeks before your wedding, and we’ll use that information to build a customized timeline based on proven reception formulas that keep the night flowing smoothly.
Step 4 – Finalize
As your wedding day approaches, we review and finalize the timeline, special announcements, and music selections. We also coordinate with your venue and vendors to ensure everyone is working from the same plan.
Step 5 – Celebrate
When the big day arrives, it’s time to relax and enjoy the celebration. We handle the music, announcements, and flow of the evening while keeping the energy high and the dance floor full.
